Quiet Life!!!
 
Today my mother gave me some herbal tablets called..........YES ... Quiet life.

They are herbal, a little like calms. She said they worked for her but gave her bad indigestion, that's why she gave them me.

I only started taking them today, so can't report if they are working.

Don't know what my mum is trying to tell me by giving them to me actually :)


Have you taken them?? or something similar that has worked or not worked??

she trying to tell you your stressed? what do they actually do? help you sleep or something? they probably just relax your muscles or something, god knows.

Never taken them.Never even heard of them actually.I have heard of kalms though,they've been around for years haven't they?I don't know if they work or if it's just the thought of them that works.You know,you think calm because you know you've taken them.Mind over matter and all that.:)

Well believe me, I am a proper stress head and no mind over matter could Calm me lol............. so If I say they work, they must work lmao

To relieve periods of worry, Irritability, Stresses and strains.
Promotes natural sleep (( thats cos you kept me up all night Liam)) :D

Quiet Life tablets are a nervine which help nervous disorders, and a sedative which helps promote relaxation. They also contain B vitamin, a deficiency of which can cause nervous symptoms.

If you find they're helping you that's great:).Do you have to take them for a certain length of time,or just take one when you're feeling stressed out?

2 in a morning, 2 dinner and 3 before bed....... but because they are herbal, can't go wrong giving them a try I suppose. :)

yea alot of herbal stuff is laxative based. like i said, they relax your muscles and stuff, their mostly mind related tho. because you THINK its worknig it actaully is. same with them herbal bath salts that are meant to relax you. i dont think they actually do anything but cos you think they are, they are. its wierd.
