You ned to keep watching then, just to see who eventually topples them. I like the programme but have missed it quite a lot lately. Will be making sure I get it taped if there is a chance of missing it, at least till this big money is won.:)

Some of the challenging teams this week haven't stood a chance.

Yesterday's team, Brains and Beauty, may have had the looks, but would have struggled to come up with one brain between the five of them.

I have a feeling tomorrow is going to be the day when they lose.

yes it is a very good quiz but i would like them to get beat for once.

They will get beaten eventually and what a win for the team that beat them!!:D

I really want a worthy team to win it, when they eventually lose.

I didn't like today's opponents, the giddy southern am dram brigade.

I was glad the Eggheads beat 'em.:D

I'm not so sure. I've seen them go unbeaten for weeks and when the series ends, the cash pot goes back to £1000 for the start of the new series.

It has never done that!

A series ends, and then they show repeats!

You've been tricked.

Trust me, that has never happened.

Sadly, I know.:D

It certainly did so in the earlier series. I remember that Dermot bloke saying so.
I actually stopped watching it about a year ago. Just like The Weakest Link, they showed so many of the shows and repeats that it battered me into unconciousness.

No, you're wrong.

Two series runs ended on 23 and 42 grand, then they showed repeats, then they started again, carrying on with the prize fund in the new run of programmes.

Sadly I've never missed watching one of the 261 programmes, and would go and throw eggs at the producer if they stole from the prize pot, as you think they did.

Hmmm... weird. I was convinced that had happened.

Literally egg heads eh? Now that would be enough for me to start watching again. ;)

The repeats are very annoying. One series ends and then they start showing old runs the very next day. The Sunday Times Culture magazine tv listings is always bang on, and tells you if a programme is a repeat.

Either that, or as posted earlier, keep an eye on C.J.'s hair and Judith's beads...or that little mole on her lip.:D

I was just going to say CJ's hair is the give away for me:)
