I contacted customer support, I chickened out.......wudda looked a right div takin me block of cheese back, besides, it's half eaten now :D

At least you got in. I got there at 15:54 and got told to "turn around we are closed" I nearly rammed the twit waith the trolley.

The asda at Rawtenstall is open till 5pm on a Sunday Aleks but doesnt open till 11am.

They just thanked me for ringing and said they would keep an eye open to try and avoid it happening again. Aleks they announced at ten to four that the store was closing and asked customers to make their way to the check outs.

That maybe so BUT the store is still open at 15:54 as it does not close until as the sign says 1600. I still had 6 minutes to get in and buy the item i wanted and get out as i dont mess about looking around when i know what i wanted. If i had a shop and i closed at 4PM i wouldnt dream of saying you cant come in before 4PM only afterwards would i say sorry we are closed and its the way he said it to me too.
