Really posh continental cafes serve it with a glass of mineral water on the side as standard.

Bernie, rather than waste the £1.25 you should have gritted your teeth and knocked it back in one - believe me, it can give you quite a boost!
I'm off to Manchester now to have one myself, followed by a double shot cappuccino. I'll be flying round those shops! :cool: |
