How does that work then if I just said I don't have religious parents? It is like that for christenings and weddings though.

You still don't have to sign a register when you enter church, and I'd be surprised if the priest checked every time to see if you were there. You do meet with the priest so many times, but it isn't really fair I dont think to just a childs faith on their parents. Though I of course would never claim life is fair. I just don't recall ever going to church much to get into school, though I remember my christening.

in Some churches there is a register type of system. A good vicar who knows his congregation will know who's there and who's not. Also the children usually attend sunday school at the church and a register is taken there, so it may be noted on that if they are with or without parents.

Ah they don't have that with mine, and as far as I know there isn't a sunday school either, though I may be wrong. It's been a while since I've been.

I actually thought a lot of churches stopped doing summer schools, though I think St Pauls Methodists still have one, an Rhyddings methodists... and that one at the bottom of new lane...

Not so sure whether I know any others though.
