Re: Vehicle break in.
I assume the Police have been informed, are there likely to be any issues with regards the insurance company ?

Re: Vehicle break in.
I shall keep my ear to the ground derek as I work with within the world of plumbing/gas fitters and suchlike, I speak to more than a few fitters on a daily basis..I am back in on monday and will speak to them then...
although it does sound like they knew what they were after as your average thief wouldnt know what to do with a gas analizer etc... |
Re: Vehicle break in.
They'd know how to sell it on Ebay though, keep an eye on there for it

Re: Vehicle break in.
Thanks davo69, police said this was a chisel, 3 doors, and fascia ripped out, cops say they were trying to nick the van, might have been better to be honest.

Re: Vehicle break in.
I'm sure its not just me, but I should think most people on here, I have never had the inclination to take anything that don't belong to me, When I lived in Hassy we were broken into and the then wife had all her jewellery nick, and I had 2 sovereign rings taken as well, the police never found out who did it, but we had an idea, but couldn't prove it. I hope they catch this scum Derek, but these days with the motorway conections, they come from far away just to thieve and rob

Re: Vehicle break in.
Looks like they might have caught the guys who did this to your van derekgas, might stand a chance of getting some of the stuff back but wouldn't hold my breath, probably sold the same day they knicked it
|
Re: Vehicle break in.
Hope that this is the scum that have done it and they have caught them. WIll hope that they may be able to return some of your stuff if that is the case (I know the chanecs are slim but heres hoping for you)

Re: Vehicle break in.
I notice that one of the houses raided is on Barnes St Church, where I used to live.
It makes me feel better about selling up at a knock down ridiculously low price 5 years ago. Just glad not to live there anymore regardless of financial loss. |
Re: Vehicle break in.
Hope they are the same lot and you get some of your stuff back Derek.
