Well they've been working on this one for 11 month, surely they could have arrested them before now

The raids, which saw over 40 officers storm three addresses in Accrington, Church and Burnley, were part of a major operation to tackle an organised car crime gang suspected of stealing around £60,000 worth of power tools from vehicles in the last 11 months

It certainly seems that the chances are very good, at least we all know 1 serious gang are off the street in any event, if they did mine, fine, if not, it still prevents others having the same aggro we are having, and that can only be good.

To say all that was removed, they must of been quick for someone not to disturb them

The camera showed my lad going in at 5.40pm, and out at 5.50pm, so yes, pdq, the police are ringing me on saturday morning, at which time I guess we will know what the chances of recovering anything will be. Watch this space!!

Thats good then, well if it is one of those caught or if they have a criminal record, it all helps

Unfortunately, it also means that it wasnt all down to hard work on behalf of the police, they were handed these people on a plate! Again, still, they did have to check and then round them up I suppose!

Just to update this thread. The police, or pc dealing with our case, did not telephone today as promised, I did however get confirmation from the lad driving our van that a lucozade bottle was removed and fingerprinted from our van, just need the police to confirm it now, and tell us how much of our stuff is going to be available!

The hardest thing for the police to do is actually get them convicted
