That sounds good news to me Garinda .. 'cause I usually vote blue in the General.

Ya you think so he's the worst back seat driver i've ever had, but he always speaks highly of me as it was me that introduced him to the political arena back in the sixties, I'm a good judge of politicians. Saying that can I recomend you to Graham Jones, ther again happen not:D

I knew Ken when he was in short pants - Anne Widdecombe thought that was hilarious.
He never got to 'play out' with the rest of us -maybe that's why he turned out tory.
sheltered existence unaware of the trials of the working classes - and all that

I think it's sometimes easy to think that your vote doesn't really count.

What brought it home to me that it does, was the U.S. election in 2000.

Millions of Americans had voted, and Bush or Gore's hope of being the most important elected politican in the world, all came down to a handfull of votes in Florida.

Every vote counts.

I quite agree. All their leaflets were about knocking each other and not what they can do for the constituents. There should be a box for " none of these candidates represent my views"

At least going along and spoiling your paper would have been more productive than nothing at all.
And to say you don't agree with any of the policies of either party is a bit of a sweeping statement.
