advice for Accy-webbers at uni

from my daily paper the San Francisco Chronicle ...SFPD Officers Kevin Lee and Jeff Smetherst of Central Station were working an undercover prostitution detail on California and Hyde streets the other day when they were approached by 19-year-old hooker who offered them her services in their car.
Busted!
"Are you serious?" the woman responded. "I'm taking criminal justice classes. Will this affect my chances of becoming a detective in the future?"

I think that this comes under the term of (agent provocatal) this is allowed in American law but not in English law

just meant as a warning/red flag to our ACCY-web youth in higher education , know one is looking for a career in the legal profession , and another is a Tory whore :D:D just giving them a heads-up .....or in this case, warning them of giving a heads down

its all meant in jest .......no reason for anyone to get upset :D :D

hopefully she is deep in mid-term exams , remember the old adage 'allways be kind to the waterboy , he can only move up " one day she could be next Cheri Blair .

( Blazey when you read this thread and you will , remember , its only in fun , no harm intended or meant)

No, her exams aren't until next month. She's decided to share this knowledge with us on the "Upcoming Events" section.

That's the important one, but I wonder why she should think that anybody on here is remotely interested in when her blessed exams are!

I have chiropody next week - if everybody used it that way, there would be a very long list.
Maybe she wanted us to know when she would be 'unavailable'

Hello everybody :p

I found the original post very amusing. I don't know anyone who does that sort of thing in Lancaster, but I imagine it does happen more often in uni's like Manchester :p

I DO have a sense of humour, even if it is quite dry, and I can appreciate this thread.

As for the calender thing, I was testing it really to see if it was private or public, but now I obviously know. I can't be bothered taking the events off, so you will just have to deal with them being announced on the calender :p

:thankya:

Far from it, Blazey, we find every detail of your life absolutely fascinating. Perhaps you could share more significant episodes from your eventful existence...like when your library books are due back...or when you're next planning to clip your toe nails. It would enrich our dull and humdrum lives considerably!

I have a library book due in Hull, but I'm in Accrington.
