Re: Support Our Soldiers xmas appeal 2008
This sounds like a g reat idea guys; I'm glad to see that support for your troops is strong. We can drop gifts off at CFB/BFC Kingston and the stuff will be flown by military transport from Trenton to Kandahar. And I'm sure we all hope that all our young men and women will soon be safe home and out of harm's way.

Re: Support Our Soldiers xmas appeal 2008
Just wanted to say a major 'Thank you' to THWAITES BREWERY for all their help with this years appeal. They have been absolutely fantastic asking their employees to come on board, providing Christmas boxes and using their Google Page Ranking company to highlight the charity and the work we do, so THANK YOU!!!!!

Re: Support Our Soldiers xmas appeal 2008
Hello Mel,
Sorry hun, I was distracted by the MOD’s earlier request in respect of relieving pressure on the postal system and in that respect I’ve not done any boxes has I had planned, although I am now aware that the MOD give the SOS the go ahead and give total backing to this fantastic effort. I have however made donations to the same amount to the Help for Hero’s and Royal British legion campaigns. I will also get something off the Karen over the web as I did last year. This is fantastic work….keep it up. |
