I think the school should have a pelican crossing. Has the school got railing outside, if not it should

Something I learned the other day Neil, was that the red paving with the raised knobs is to guide partially sighted/blind people to the button, and the edge of the paving. Some in Hyndburn are 'T' shaped which seemingly is not correct, as would only lead them to the centre.
