It's free to put in a FOI. Only problem with them is that you have to ask very specific questions and even when you think you have asked the right question you don't necessarily get the answer that you really wanted. ;)

Andrew has been "accused" if that is the word, of requesting information, the fact that he hasn't denied the fact seems telling to me.

Nickelson...Graham probably holds down a full time job as well as being a councillor, and if he sees fit to post on here in his spare time, I for one welcome it. Just a pity Britcliffe doesn't see fit to discuss issues with his "constituents", instead of letting others do it for him.
