sick pay?

had a couple into surgery yesterday. Both out their brains <as usual>,
Difficult, moody, staggering and rude to the reception, incoherent and damned hard work
Anyways....
They are trying to have a baby
<he has 2-with ex wife>
<she has 2 in care. ....And a 15yr old who lives in another town with her 1 yr old daughter>

so..anyways.
He tells me...
' Its expensive 'aving a baby n Im tellin you like, if she is pregnant like. Im goin to come off the sick like n go back to work!'

Jusr reported this for that reason flashy. dont know whether susie is a receptionist, or what, but even though no names have been used and no matter how awful she thinks these people are, it shouldn't be on here! :(
