C: the ones given out in october/november wont protect you from swine flu which takes me back to point B

the way i see it is that if your gonna get flu your gonna get it and apart from living in isolation theres not much you can do to avoid it

Your point A: I and many of my friends have had it yearly and had no discomfort whatsoever.
Your point B: You and everyone else needs protection from past flu strains as they might recur.
If you get Flu.........You will feel crap, as you call it for months afterwards....Trust Me.....and may not survive.

Well, I agree in principle with points A to C but when you have a potentially lethal condition you do try to get as much protection as possible. I can only reiterate, hygiene is the answer to the spread of most infections.

Margaret's body is a temple.

A temple with a chimney on top...to let out the tobacco smoke.:D

Not having a go, because I agree with you on some things, but it does make me laugh, when you say what chemicals do to our bodies, and yet you like a smoke, which has countless harmful chemicals in each drag.:D

I did not post this with my last post because I needed to search for the link
How Vaccinations Work - Th1/Th2 Immune Response
Research into Gulf War syndrome has revealed that people have different types of immune systems.
Some people react badly to vaccines, others don't. The link explains this anomaly.
But I still say that the delayed effect of vaccines is ill health from mercury toxicity

I have read this after my last post and agree with you :)
I am an addict, but I have reduced the toxic intake of smoking by-
using pure leaf tobacco which has not got the chemical additives which manufactured ciggies have
and my consumption is now down to 15 a day (from 30) and hoping for an addiction cure eventually :D

Body purification takes time

I do have the yearly flu jab, and have never felt unwell afterwards, or had the flu.

Though I think not having the flu is down to being a smoker myself, which kills 99% of all known germs.

I think the awaited leaflet that's about to drop on every mat in the country, is a complete waste of money, and a complete overreaction from the government, which mirrors the media's hyperventling glee at the story.

...but it hasn't worked.

Most people are still more worried about the safety of their jobs, or just how sleazy politicans can get, than catching the latest flu.

:D

The media that reports conspiracy theories is 'beyond government control'
That is why they get angry about the internet - they can't shut it down, but the Chinese are trying to.
