Of course it does but at least it's a shorter period of money-grabbing.

So selling Christmas cards, decorations and other festive items is "money-grabbing", is it? Strange...I thought it was shops just going about their normal commercial activities - ie, selling people things that they want to buy.

A genuine laugh out loud at the comment on the link, which pointed out that the seasonal terrorist wrote 'Xmas' on their anonymous threatening letter, rather than Christmas.

I'm going to start a terrorist campaign, targeting those who use the lazy abbrevaition Xmas, anytime before 3.30pm on December the 16th.

That's a lovely Christmas song.

I'll start strumming it, and you just join in when you're ready.

West Yorkshire Police have tonight arrested a fifty two year old man for criminal damage.

In May he apparently lost an appeal for unfair dismissal, after working for House of Fraser in Leeds, last December.

All the bling and glitz, especially before December, is Xmas as far as I'm concerned. Christmas is at the end of December. ;)

My late Aunt would only accept Christmas Cards that bore a religious theme, bless her. If anyone dared to give her anything else the cards were ceremoniously burnt and the sender lectured on 'The True Message of Christmas'. Cards of this type are fast becoming a rarety - much like the practice of the Christian Faith.
