Being on this healthy food kick, in actual fact I relapsed to drinking Cider last night, I'd dug up a recipe for Kidneys Marinated in Cider on a bed of rice.
It's that long since I'd done this meal I'd forgotten that the recipe only calls for two tablespoons of the stuff, so having opened the economy extra large container of white lightening I thought it would be a shame to let it go flat, ended up marinating my own kidneys and liver as well.

Couldn't agree more, its a cardinal sin to let good alcohol go flat & lifeless & on top of that what would you have been able to do with the remainder as cider vinegar ? there's only so much dressing you can cope with. :) :)
