Nearly half a million people could see their sickness benefits cut by £25 a week under Tory plans to reform Britain's welfare system.

I can only imagine this related to the ones abusing the system and not for genuine people who need it.

We have to have a government in so we dont have much choice but to vote and the opposition has to be better than than the current one. I have never known the country in such a state or people struggling to make ends meet than under this government

You can "imagine" all you like.. the fact is that everyone having a "sicknote" will be required to go through a test if they have been sick for 6 weeks or more.. everyone ...even the bedridden and invalids.. that is the reality of a Tory Government.

Where you a round in the 1980s when 3 million plus were unemployed under the last Tory Government by any chance. There was a lot of struggling going on then.

All I can say Turkish is that you must have lived in some sort of different dimension in the 80's if you have never seen the country in a worse state.. either that or as I suspect you are simply a blinkered Tory?

Actually i kind of like the Lib Dems, but feel it would be a wasted vote. I believe its between Labour and Conservative so not much choice only one i can consider.

You didn't notice there was over 3 million people unemployed for most of the 1980's. It was in all the papers at the time.
