About half an hour of snow and hailstones here yesterday afternoon - it didn't stick.

Probably longer than yours, it has not snowed here, except on the mountains, for over 30 years, so i have been told. :cool:

More snow please, so we can have a white Christmas. Nothing like snuggling up to your hubby on a snowy winter evening with the candles and a log fire and the lights on the tree twinkling. Now thats smugness!!!!

Have I time to rip the gas fire out and make it back into a coal fire before Christmas or shall we finish the decorating in the dining room first? xx

No ... that was on October 23 ... but if it makes anyone feel better it's snowing here too, and windy, with a temp of -6. Nice day for the time of year;):D
