Can you Cashman? I have reduced the photo as I normally do, to post onto Accyweb, but when I tried it at my end, the writing was really titchy!

Click on the thumbnail, then click on the photo after it opens, you will get it in a new window, click on the photo in the new window and it blows up and is perfectly legible.

20 JJB stores have been bought by Sports Direct, plus the website. The remaining 133 stores are closed.

I hope B&M Bargains move into JJB, their current store is rather small for my discount needs.

Failing that, perhaps the Pound Bakery can expand upstairs and provide a wider range of baked goods.

Maybe Maundy Relief could take over, they seem to need the space

Plenty of space up Whinney Hill if they need to expand anymore

I agree, we don't need expansion of food shops.

I may have said this before; nevertheless, I wonder if anyone would like to stick their neck out and say when they think Accy town centre could get the following:

a) A Bento/Sushi eat in/takeaway.

b) a Peri-Peri eat in/takeway.

c)A street level and look-in fitness & chat-up gym.

d) A walk in tattoo removal surgery.

e) A Tie Rack/Knickerbox...

.....ok. Forget about the last 'un.

About 8 years ago I asked on here as to when we would see the first Thai restaurant in Accy........

Were I just being totally stupid whilst nipping into Accy on Sunday, but why on earth was the Arndale and Indoor Market closed?! (First visit to the town centre on a weekend in a long while.)

Surely, Sunday (most 9-5 people off work).. wanting to do some shopping? Market day Sunday makes sense? No wonder the town centre is a ghost town! - Anyway, ended up down Blackburn for my needs - if anyone cares.

If you are a self employed small retailer which day of the week would you have off ?

Out of curiosity how many stalls were open on Blackburn Market ?
