9 pages and im not a big reader but would the jist of things be that a service that was available to all has been scrapped to fund a service that is specificly for asians and other blacks.

If so i would have walked out in disgust before i puked.

No, the service remains exactly the same as it was, it is just in a different building in order to save £22,000 per year. Give them a ring on 01254 386285 and ask for yourself.

The service is for all Hyndburn residents but will end in 2014.

well with a name like Black & Ethnic Minority centre surely you can understand how it dosnt appear to be a service for everyone .

Is isn't called that, it's called the Scaitcliffe Centre.

The service that is moving is the Community Advice Centre, which in times long past at Cannon Street was called the Asian Advice Centre and no one batted an eyelid.

Nothing is changing apart from the cost to council which, as I've already stated, will not go beyond 2014.

Groove cant be bothered with local politics, he finds all local councellors and MP's etc absolutely abhorent and thinks they are more interested in getting the publicity they crave to inflate their already massive egos...he thinks they're a waste of space and should be hung from a tree in Oak Hill Park

I think it would be beneficial to encourage councillors to come on here Groove. Your comments reflect someone with a lot of problems who doesn't know how to resolve them in an adult manner.
