Seems theres gonna be n inquiry into this clowns decision, no doubt things will all be swept under the carpet? i cannot remember "EVER" a judge being brought to book,can anyone?:rolleyes:

there you go cashman, turns out only one who come near, was for dishing out too long a sentance (i know what your thinking, dear reader, not to far different from my goodself, long sentences n all)

will it be taken to the lords to sentance the crim with a more severe punishment

Does this mean if someone is charged with burglary an there defence can prove it took courage to commit it, then they could use this case to get there defendant aquitted? :confused:
