Yes, I know there are a lot more of them...I just posted that about Nicky Morgan because it is so ironic...she can't see that while she says she values democracy she is doing all in her power to deny the electorate access to democracy.
There are so many unelected flunkies in the EU making decisions which can affect us like the one about having less brown chips, roasties, meat...because of the levels of acrylamide(which is being put forward as cancer inducing. They don't want cancer to kill us, but it is prefectly fine for jihadis imported into Europe to do this)....flunkies that we have no power to remove, regardless of how useless they might be seen to be.

Yes we elect MEPs, but due to the way the votes are counted, our MEPs can make no difference against larger countries.

Democracy she says....she would not know it if it smaked her in the piehole.

I think that many of us knew (or at least feared)that this would be the outcome.
(This is not what I voted for...nor I believe what most of the 17.4 million voted for either)

There is not a politician on Gods Green earth who would not do the same.
He would argue that he has worked in the EU for his pension, so why should he not take it?
All those who would thwart the will of the people,would do so in order to gain monetary reward from gravy train that is the EU.
