That is so true....likewise when we do know of beautiful places, we often do not value them in the way that visitors do.

It certainly is son...and I love that picture.
I am hoping to be able to revisit Liverpool......I have a soft spot in my jeart...Ma is there now in the faculty of medicine.....I would like to add an engraved lock to the one already there...engraved with her name.
Not sure if it will be possible.
There is supposed to be a thanksgiving service later on this year...but it may not happen.
We'll see.

This was Germany last Thursday, the Autobahn 2 one of the busiest east - west roads in the Bundesrepublik, I was heading off to the VW works at Wolfsburg (with some top secret seats :D)

Yes, you are right Son...this year, next year.....whenever it happens we will be there.
My sister is coming from Brisbane for this....and as travel is currently standing, it may not be feasible for her to travel here in November.

Not sure what happened with that picture, so here's a re-try, plus one from todays jolly, Autobahn 4 to Köln from Düren another east - wester. :)

Day 28: Missing going out to my regular spot to watch the birds, but did manage to photograph the Mandarin Duck in Oak Hill Park yesterday
