Re: 2021 Neologisms
Many thanks to Dave and M.H. for improving my knowledge of history, As you so rightly say Dave "you are never to old to learn"; you have now imparted a little more into a brain that will be 75 years old in about six weeks time. (more to remember when I have to go for memory check at the local G.P.s surgery, Mrs Taddy reckons that my old memory cells are failing, maybe it's because I very rarely remember to buy her an anniversary card; but then again maybe its because I am a lifelong member of the "Tightarsus" religion.

[QUOTE=cashman;1261780]well i have an english breakfast
i have one but just one a week from a little transport cafe down the road. 4 quid including tea or coffee and free re fills. it would be over double that for one from a poncy restaurant with wide open spaces on the plate and tomato,s with sodding wood stalks on em. where did that come from anyway. putting something on a plate you cannot eat. plus i would get a dirty look for my cheek of asking for well done bacon. |
