Not quite as bad as that other piece of public art in Liverpool, commissoned by the BBC at a cost of £40,000, Tracey Emin's 'Bird'.



If you look really closely you can see a bronze sparrow a top the pole!

I agree with you that was a bloody mess, we just can't seem to help ourselves from being ripped off by our own people.
