Or was that New York?
I'm constantly amazed at the times some posts are posted! Is Accy so alive that some people never get to bed, are they insomniacs, aliens or on shifts? Some of you are more alive at one in the morning than I am at one in the afternoon! Reasons why? |

I get an overwhelming urge to sleep at odd times in the day.
In a 24 hour period I sleep about 9 hours in total. I am trying to stabilise it to 7 hours at night and two midday, but can sometimes lapse into a '4 hours awake, 2 hours sleep' cycle. It has a technical name - hypersomnia. I don't fret about it - I always have great dreams

Time differences in different areas, we're an hour in front of UK here, plus I have to get up early for work (the Germans keep strange hours).

Self employment dictates some crazy hours sometimes.
Tea breaks at 3am are not uncommon for me.
