Ian Brady dies
Well I for one hope he rots in hell. What he has put Keith Bennetts family through is almost as bad as the murder of Keith. My thoughts and prayers are with them tonight.

Yeh he missed out with the skin of his teeth but I like to think being locked up all these years has been worse for him. Hanging was too good for him.

This man was a narcissist and a psychopath.
He loved the limelight. He thought he was clever, but he wasn't clever enough to gain fame by any other means than by murdering children and exerting influence over Myra Hindley. Ever since his conviction he has had the police on a string because he knew where the bodies were and that gave him some control. His life was all about control...especially those he thought were weaker than he was. In his eyes knowledge was power...and while he retained the knowledge of where the bodies were, he had control over the police. He would absolutely revel in the current media coverage. It would have fed his ego no end. I think the media should have just reported his death and said nothing more about him. If I were a funeral director I would not touch his funeral with a barge pole...likewise a crematoria...they should refuse point blank to handle his disposal.

I read today the Coroner will not release the body till he has assurance that the ashes will not be scattered on Saddleworth Moor. Why would that occur to him if the fiend had not requested it. That would be exactly the sort of thing he would want.
