I don't like Karma,I think it's more trouble than it's worth! I won't mark any post, and I'd rather people did'nt mark mine, but I can't stop you,I post what I think and won't take the huff if you don't agree with me, I'm not going to worry about getting points or getting them taken away, esp by people who don't even bother to plonk their names on! but if you like karma by all means carry on!

Re: Karma, Callaghan and posts about respect.......

I to have suffered with Karma reduction, always nameless. I wonder if it is possible to add a field for a name, and unless the name bit is filled in the Karma + /- won't work. Anyone any thoughts.

I already have the ability to 'name names' as it is. It's just that I don't want to turn on this feature. The karma system would be no fun if you had to put your name on. Nobody would give negative karma and we wouldn't end up with posts like this, which I enjoy.
Unfortunately karma is a feature of this forum, it will remain and it will stay as it is. If anybody does recieve abusive karma then let me know as I can see exactly who has given karma and can do something about it.

If people give or take karma and put a name to it how can we be sure it's from the said person and not someone out to make trouble.

Think there is an explanation for that some where on the forum.
