road closed at rising bridge
been told someone has knocked over a petrol pump ... fire engines and police there ..
cars are going over rising bridge road ...

have been told a young driver has took 2 petrol pumps out on the petrol station
and the road has opened again but theres still a fire engine down at the garage wi its blue lights flashing ..
