Hope you are ok & its nowt serious, can understand the pressure & hecticness of organising meets, did one weekender never again lol!!! You did a great job month in month out & appreciated your efforts, hope u are still mother hen here tho:D

Mez, though I have never managed to get to any of the meets...it is perfectly obvious from the comments after the meets, and oh yes, the pictures...that you did a brilliant job. You deserve a medal.
Hope that you will continue to get to the meets(whoever take s over your crown)...and who knows one of these fine days I might even get to meet you myself. God Bless. |

Aww Mez, that is bad news..:( but you have earned a rest and the right to let someone else do the legwork. I will be working on the last Saturday of this month but am happy to arrange a meet for one of the other months. I reckon that we should perhaps start taking turns at the arrangements if other members agree.

Know it's hard work . can't please all the people all of the time, etc.,(OK.. I know slightly adjusted saying) .. hope you will reconsider. If not, here's some Karma for what you have done in the past, made the meets welcoming and enjoyable for me, and something to look forward to. xxxxx That bloody spread it around thing .. grhhhhh. |

Awww mez, I'm really sorry to hear that :( You where the first person to greet us when we attended our first meet and made us feel very welcome.
Anyone taking over the meet arrangements has got some very big boots to fill |

AWWWWW Mez thats so sad to hear.. hope your ok hun .i will never forget you and mick were the first two people i met when i joined aw ... you always have done a great job although i can understand how much hard work you put into making them all great nights... so heres some karma for you ,and hope you take a well deserved rest ....good luck and thankyou

I know sometimes it must be a thankless task, but on behalf of myself, and I'm sure everyone who has ever been to an Accy Web meet, thank you for all the time and work you put into organising them.
Your warmth, and sense of fun helped make them very special.:) |

Yes indeed thank you for all the hard work you've put into organising things for us in the past Mez.
Hope you are well and that you'll be able to turn up at the meets even if you can't organise them. Not sure I could tackle it as I'm sure I'd get stressed trying to please everybody. |
