We cant Please everyone and its the day and time the venue is free:)
PLEASE NOTE this meet is on a FRIDAY NIGHT NOT as the usual meets which are held on a Saturday

Is a bit better for me being a bloke, but I looked at the photo gallery before my first meet, and instantly recognised a few straight away, was made very welcome, they are a friendly bunch, and very few actually bite:D

we have done that too Eric Entwisi brought his laptop and we had it connected while we where at a meet in the Oaklea last year.
see we do try to please everyone.:D

We do, sort of, when we have the annual award ceremony.
We ladies choose our ballgowns and have celebrity escourts.
We even have applause posted between award announcements.
It is an evening event so you may have missed it due to time zone difference.

I've had word that university finishes on the 19th. As I have no lectures on the 19th this means I may be able to attend, by coming on train then going back to uni if there are any parties. ;)

Therefore I won't give anything firm, but I hope to be there.

There was a few surprises with Graham Jones and Blazey turning up
and Shillelagh back to her old self good to see you jen
a BIG thank you to Spuggie J who bought a full round of drinks i bet he wished he had not done it as its a bit expensive at £2:50 for Carling and £2:20 for john smiths bitter.
Flashy managed to make it too which was nice
Derekgas thank you for keeping be supplied with larger :D
Can i just say thankyou to all that turned up and to those that could not make it .....you missed a great night

oh and a very special thanks to Katex .......for making my night complete:D
