Hiya Mick, I had a quick chat via pm with claytonender, I was hoping that the seller would accidentally give more details away in an e-mail, such as signing it with their real name. I wouldn't have hesitated to name and shame them on here had it been a member.

As I said to claytonender, the people that got a copy, most I know personally and they wouldn't stoop that low in a million years. The couple who I didn't know I hope they wouldn't either and that it is just a copy that this person has purchased in Berlin.

I don't think we'll ever get to know now though. :(

Do you think it is worth contacting the person, who placed the winning bid and leting them know the DVD might be dodgy? After all £50.00 is a lot to pay.
Also did you see the seller comments, "This film is a treasure the scenery itself holds alot to desire". I thought that was rather cheeky

What I think is really cheeky is that a member on here has borrowed someone elses property and has put it on e-bay to make a profit. To say I'm disappointed in this person is an understatement! :(

It is bloody cheeky. But if they are selling a copy Item for 50.00 as a original, this is illegal and against Ebay regulations. They stand to be in big trouble really.:mad:

so is it someone in here or not ? It won't have been shown in Berlin it's only ever been on telly over here twice at the most. Someone contact the winning bidder and tell them to get one off tinks for free
