The majority of people in my line of work who don't do the job properly, and pull the wool over the eyes of the public, then emigrate with the proceeds. (3 since november).

Doesn't council tax pay for things like litter bins, bin men, maintainance of paths outside your home, general things like that?

yes it does blazey but when u get to pay your own you will see why people complain so much
