thats happened to me once, was waiting for ntl to come and repair my computer, had to book a day off work, after waiting all day they never turned up so i rang ntl who told me that they will come next day, i claimed to ntl the money i lost for not going to work and they credited it in my account ,

people who park in front of our drive and on the pavement do they not realise there are pipes under the flags. :tongueout and people who think they can jump the bus queue when you have been stood there for ages.....
