I was busy at work today so hardly managed to get online, I did see some of what was going on so I moved the thread to the mod section for editing but I doubt I will bother editing it as there probably wont be enough posts left to make it worth keeping.

Neil please don't reinstate that thread. I and I'm sure many others would rather it and its nastiness were confined to oblivion.

So it was sort of 'Custers Last Stand'
...sorry I missed it, but just had a week off in disgust at trolling by a long term regular.

Thankyou for that information Neil.

I knew his brother from school and I also worked with him for about a year in the early 1970s. I also met his mother who was very nice. I am also sorry that Kestrel has left us.

I don't 'get' the asking to be banned for life......if you feel badly about the site...then just don't bother coming on it...or ask for your account to be deleted.

Last weekend; I told him to ignore Garinda and just report his posts to the mods. Pity

I reported some today - wish I'd done it sooner.

So the 'other party' has maybe got off with just a warning:rolleyes:

Garinda pushed him over the edge. And unfortunately today was the result.

I wonder why the mods allowed this baiting to continue.

But Kestral has become a martyr.

Just want to point out that. I am not taking sides. I just don't think this behaviour is acceptable for forums and its been getting a little out of hand lately. Perhaps myself a little too?

I personally think he was bullied, but that's just my opinion, and no doubt someone will tell me I am wrong, well done restless for your post, and to Steve for starting the thread, I think more people should post in support, say no the bullies, let them know how you feel

Just hope it doesn't get you banned, now that's censorship!
