But has we have been told repeatedly, it works and if you don't like it don't use it

Bad argument!

Some on here see it as their right do do and say what they please on a regular basis, but you can't say too much for fear of receiving a ban or infraction

Surely this can't be right, an open forum is what we all want isn't it?

I would be interested to hear from a mod on here as to whether they think there has been any bullying and what they actually do about it.

Just hope it doesn't get you banned, now that's censorship!

Rob, you stood up to the bullies in a humorous and tolerant way that they may have been too blind and bigoted to see.

Darren, I think there was both bullying and downright nastiness for the sake of it. It added nothing to the thread(s) - there have been more than one - and I for one have been reluctant to post in reply even though some of it was aimed at me, for fear of losing my cool, which I do easily, and escalating matters. Occasionally that worked, at other times the other party ramped up the bitterness unless they found another target who would bite.

It's also no wonder that people are reluctant to sign red karma for fear of starting a hate campaign on a thread.

I noticed that someone was having a dig in several threads but you rose above it by not giving him a response.

Some people derive pleasure from provoking anger in others.

It is recognized by psychologists as 'psychic vampirism'-
Satisfaction is gained by draining negative emotions from their victim.

Such persons are less than human - having no empathy.

The person will be back on with the usual excuse of 'i'm very sorry, my meds weren't right and they where to blame'

Re: Kestral x

What saddens and puzzles me is that someone who was very welcoming and supportive when I first joined Accyweb almost a year ago and when I posted about my illness in January could turn against me, and in one case include my partner, and post such vicious, vile, virulent and vituperative (!) posts.

I have no idea where such nastiness arose from but they were sufficiently full of bile to trawl through old threads and posts to come up with their poison. This of course added nothing to the threads in which it occurred and only served to make the perpetrator guilty of the crimes of bullying and thread wandering that they were accusing others of.

This behaviour against myself and others is sufficient in my opinion and that of others to warrant treatment equal to that meted out to Kestrel by the moderators.

In your alliteration you missed out another V word which is apropos: vindictive.

Another hollow victory for randy roo, oops i mean rindi.
Try and find someone you know that has not heard of Accy web and beg them to trawl through some of the posts, then ask their opinion about is there cliques and such, I was suprised at the answer when i did it.
And i do beleive Kestrelex was goaded into his final outburst.

Reminds me of Dandelo from Dark Tower book 7 by Stephen King

Such vicious, vitriolic and visceral behaviour caused me to feel violated and victimised. I shall be vigilant in future and hope to emerge visibly victorious with the support of my virtual allies in this vital and violent venture.

Enough, methinks... that thesaurus was really hard to swallow at this time of night - back to my cocoa...

I am really surprised by this thread. I was starting to think I was alone in my opinions of the last few weeks
