You mean there were already rats in North Carolina communicating with rats in Brazil and we didn't know it!
That's a worrying development. I don't think they should be encouraging it.

Don't be silly, if there was anything like telepathy, I would have done to myself what Mags and a variety of others, wished I'd done, even though I've never been able or inclined to get around to it!

Good job we have a swear checker otherwise they wouldn't have thought it, they would simply have said, 'go foot yourself!'.
