Many people volunteer as a why of gaining experience.

Any body who volunteers to work for a politician for nout comes into that category in my book;)

Different thing altogether Less I supported a principal not a prison and I wasn't a young person setting out in life after getting work experience, its a gimmick and sorry I never knocked on your door asking you to vote for Britcliffe (that's with one T) never knew you lived in Ossy, because its the only place I ever canvased and never at a general election:p

I think you would have done more good supporting a prison.

Yes, I have for my sins lived in Ossy.

I love it when you have the brass nerve to even contemplate correcting someone elses typo's.

Saw Nick Clegg talking about work experience places and internships for the young this morning. He was saying how it was unfair that many of these places came up in London which effectively excluded people from outside the capital having a chance because of the expenses they would have to sustain.

Seems he wants to help get rid of the "who you know" network which favours the more well-off -pretty ripe coming from him!
