I have stood in that position in number 1 myself many times, you can see Dean Clough Reservoirs to the left of centre

Re: Today in pictures

Not many today, drizzle meant the camera spent more time in the bag than out of it.

1. A tree rat.
2. Another fallen tree.
3 & 4. Low cloud aplenty.
5. Duke thinks he`s posh with his Queen Annes feet.
6. As I`m in Crow Wood, I`d better have a pic of a crow.

Know what you mean about camera in bag, we went around Entwistle Res today and it was too damp and misty to risk taking my camera out

Re: Today in pictures

Today in Pictures, a drizzly day, and not much to see.

1. Not much colour at the moment, but bluebells, and wild garlic are in leaf, so not much longer.
2. If it stands still, it get covered in moss.
3. Including walls.
4. Not much opportunity for droplets.
5. Still a bit muddy.
6. Some places still holding onto Autumn colour.
7. That tree has a good hold on the ground.
8. When you said "do you want a cone" I thought you meant ice cream.
9. Gurners in the mist again.
10. I've saved you a seat.

and with that an early visit to Spring Wood comes to an end.

Re: Today in pictures

With the latest version of android/carbonrom comes the screen recorder app so since I was up early for breakfast at the parents I took a walk past Stanley and took a photosphere whilst doing so I recorded the process with the screen recorder.

Creation of photosphere on nexus 5:

The result I'll post later

There might be "not much to see," but you certainly found some great shots

I know nothing of this process, and don't have the equipment to do it either, as you are the only person I know who uses this method what it the advantage of recording how you take the photos ?
