Pop into Martin Dixon at 5 Avenue Parade,Accrington and ask for the BIOFREEZE pain relieving gel roll on ...it is brilliant ...used by the American Olympic Team for years...about £8/9 but worth every penny...and lasts a long time as well...best of luck...Grange

Thanks Grange Is it that freezing stuff - like ice spray? tried that and found it more painful cos it was so cold lol

I have comfrey ointment - I use when my arthritic knees swell - reduces inflammation.

I still prefer DMSO for fast acting pain relief on any body part.
Night cramps in my feet and legs have been a recurring problem for me - Soothanol X2 removes all pain within a minute, so I can get back to sleep without walking the floor for half an hour

Found dmso too expensive, comfrey was a cheaper alternative
