Ohhhh now your talking :D

I love Cheese and Egg!! My mum used to always make it when we were little, and the recipe came off her Gran.

I still have it to this day. I love the cheese when it goes all brown and crusty round the edges! LOVELY

Not in this house they don't.

No turkey twizzlers and alphabites here. :)

best done in a tin plate under the grill than in the oven and served with a dollop of brown sauce

I had that for my tea on monday night, the wife was at work, so thought what can I have, so I cooked three whole spuds in the microwave, in there skins, then flatened them out with a fork, then gratted cheese on top, then cracked a couple of eggs on top, finished off in the oven. It ws heaven.

Do you just break the eggs on top , like a capricciosa pizza or do you beat them first?
