google tool bar

Ive got google tool bar on IE7 and the bloody popup blocker is not blocking! im getting popups whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy? they getting very annoying!

No idea - I use Firefox. Entwisi is usually well up on these things.

stop going to dodgy sites

have you looked to see if there are any options that need tweaking?

Or do as we do, use a different browser


edit:

See how good I am to you, I even started up 'windows' and then even worse, ie7!!! Arrrrggghhhh my Pcs infected!!!!

click tools, pop-up blocker make sure its enabled


If it is, select pop up blocker settings and see what sites are in teh 'allowed' list. Make sure its as you expect it to be.

i have IE7 with Google toolbar and mine is working fine i would check your settings .

have you run an adaware check!
some kinds of adaware set themselves into your comp. and unless removed can cause popups to sneak through the blocker!
