mail diversion

New computer 12 months ago; windows XP, broadband with BT Yahoo. Mail initially with Yahoo but reverted to Outlook Express which I preferred, email address was the same. Forwarded the few messages already stored to own address at OE with no problem.
Worked well until last month when one key message from a regular contact had not appeared - I found it in Yahoo. Since then nine out of ten messages have come to OE with the odd one appearing in Yahoo.
Can anyone advise - it must be something simple - what needs to be done to stop messages diverting to Yahoo. Regards jimmieg.

Re: mail diversion

so you can't confirm that you aren't actually using two seperate accounts or not?

I'm afraid unless you are only using one account then we can't help I'm afraid

Re: mail diversion

Make sure that the Yahoo spam filter is turned off otherwise it will not deliver odd items to Outlook - I had this problem when I switched to BT last year.
