ripping music

right ive bought cascada's new cd (its excellent) and i'm trying to rip it to my pc...but it keeps stopping half way through the cd and not ripping anymore...any suggestions? ive already had it out a few times and cleaned it but it keeps doing it?

Might be copy protection on the CD. I've got a Red Hot Chili Peppers one that does that. Forgot how I got around it though, sorry!

(My suggestion seeing as it's Cascada though - bin it )

Rip it under Linux as teh copy protection stuff is usually windows based software, Linux doen't know or care about it.

You can just boot a Live CD to test

You can always count on a techy guy to come and confuse everyone. Why not just download it on bit torrent

Its taken me many years of long nights and hard work to reach this level of confusionability, it would be rude to not use it!
