Re: Mathematically impossible

Someone asked for a table. As before, those in red can't catch those in red.

Another win should guarantee us a play-off place!

and Exeter it is that are added to the list of those that mathematically cannot catch us.

7 to go, nearly there. Andy Todd, get in!!!

On an otherwise disapointing night, Woking can no longer catch us.

Only 6 to go, keep the faith , as they say.

Re: Mathematically impossible

Great day for counting them out.

Bye bye to York, Stevenage and the mighty Morecambe.

3 more to count out, or as we all know, 8 pts.

The Maths is getting simpler.

Re: Mathematically impossible

I guess that the situation remains the same but just that bit tighter with the loss on Saturday.

I could not make the game as it was my weekend of nights.

I hope to be at the next home game and maybe that will be the one when it all come to fruition

Re: Mathematically impossible

It cant remain the same when a game is played.. all the figures change..

Watch out for tuesday night.. If Morecambe beat Hereford then we would win the league by beating FGR on friday night... Failing that then my prediction of April 8th herefored v Dagenham game being the one that puts us up could come true

looks like it going to the end of the season unless Accrington Stanley get 2 wins soon

Not at all, we only need 4 points now and thats putting the pressure on Hereford as the need to win 4 games and draw 1, if they don't manage that we dont need to win any :)
Grays and Halifax could still catch us though
Providing i'm not looking at an un-updated table again :)

Bradshaw Boy 04-04-2006 20:53

Re: Mathematically impossible

nope - 4 points it is

White_Bull 04-04-2006 20:57

Re: Mathematically impossible

Theres no pressure on us (Hereford) there was a glimmer of hope about a month ago but thats all gone now since you have seemed to have found the spare wheel :) . G Turner changed 4 members of the Hereford team tonight for the morcambe match so I think he's trying out different options. Oh yeah congrats on confirming your play-off place tonite - lol

Re: Mathematically impossible

we only need to keep win two games now no matter what anyone else does but if we win on friday and then hereford slip up on saturday then we have won it on the saturday if hereford get all three poitns then i think if we win against woking we will be crowned champions !!!!

Re: Mathematically impossible

lets beat FGR first and then worry about which one of Woking, Scarborough, Tamworth or Kidderminster we get the point from that will make certain of reaching our destiny.

VIVA LA STANLEY

Lancashire Stan 04-04-2006 21:15

Re: Mathematically impossible

I hope the Lads aren't being as over-confident as the fans are about FGR.
We do need to win but FGR are not going to give up the game.

Hereford are not even guaranteed to get in the playoffs yet so I dont think they are going to rest any players either!

Stanley need to stay focused a little bit longer but the odds are with us.

keep the faith Lads, then enjoy the celebrations. ;)
