lets analyse this predicament,- The club is in the worst predicament imaginable, who that fact is down to is completly irrelavant at this time, all that counts is if the club survives nowt else. those simple facts ya don't need a degree, its just Plain Common Sense. comments about whose fault,How? etc may well be relavant IF we survive, those fools who make them now obviously do not have a degree or common sense, cos they can only make this fight fer survival even harder. if they are big enough to digest this post, then STANLEY will stand a better chance of beating this crap...........end of rant.

That's it in ten short words. So let's cut out all the junk and concentrate on the task in hand for the next few weeks.

It’s comparatively easy……

Identify the Problem.

Apply a Time Scale.

Set a Target.

Appoint a Key Person to Action and Coordinate the Plan

Act!!

So what’s missing?

Cashy, I love you mate....Man to Man there are few on here that have your passion or aptitude...

The only thing that can help us now is one of two things or both;

Leadership from the Club or a Massive Donation of Funds.

At this I don’t see either.

To my understanding Cashy; we had five out of the eight weeks granted by the courts....

Three of the five have gone. What I want to know is, who is the Key Individual is and what he or her is doing to bring about a solution.

It needs one Man from the club working 24/7 with total commitment to the problem.....

I see John Mullin is the half time guest at the Turf tomorrow. One of his duties is to collect the cheque from the SOS cup game. How come you lot get paid by BFC quicker than I do :D

Throwing allegations of mismanagement at anybody during the 8 weeks is a complete waste of time. Especially on a forum.

Anyone wanna know what is going on? Pop in or pick up a phone. Time spent on accyweb by anybody paid by the club is a friggin waste of time.

ANYBODY can contribute yet folk are moaning cause nobody is. Well, get into action people..... Its as much OUR responsibility as it is THEIRS.....

The fans of Accrington have drifted away since promotion so it is as much OUR fault as THEIRS....

PS I am off 2 hereford tomorrow but am sure buckets are avail for anyone who wants to raise £500 in town......??????????

Oh how I wished we all lived in the same little fluffy world that you do Willie Miller!!

This problem is NOT the making of 'fans' but the total disregard of the same rules that you, I and all other tax payers have to abide by, by the bloody CLUB!

It is NOT my or any other fans RESPONSIBILTY to give their hard earned cash just because we are asked to...................we do it because we want to...............out of support, NOT RESPOSIBILITY.

Like it or not Mr Miller, this club HAS been mismanaged hence the predicament we now find ourselves in................FACT!

I will happily take a bucket into town tommorrow..............assuming that the correct licensing has been applied for and recieved from the Council ?

Re: "Save Our Stanley"

Board meeting circa 2007

Oh dear, seems now we aren't winning, only 1100 accringtonians are bothering to turn up now.... Seems we are struggling financially. Best we cut our cloth accordingly & return to the unibond........

or

lets just bring as much in as poss, sell Craney, then Roberts, hopefully something will come up

Its simple economics unless you think somebody at the top has been syphoning money away?

We not spent anything on player fees. or agents. or ground improvements other than the roof & some free seats.

Money In since 2006 - Money Out since 2006 = £308k probs. We been over spending hoping that league football will bring the fans to the crown.

It hasn't & I agree, we, the converted;the die hards, ain't at fault. But many who have gone are & many who don't bother are......

We had page upon page of Eric & Coley pleading for fans to come. Surely we didn't think 1100 fans would sustain League Football forever.....

Its only my opinion but a hole in the budget needs filling by someone, Eric got us here & his only crime was trying his hardest to try & keep us here with prudence.

Blame Eric, or Rob. But you think we'd be in this mess if our attendances were 1000 higher or even 500... I don't!
