May be totally wrong, but I wouldn't imagine they have a legal right to be there

Jase says on the Ultras Forum that there is now no cash on offer from Ilyas. If this is true, it's desperate news. If not, it needs clearing up as soon as possible. Perhaps those on here who are "in the know" might at least tell us what THEY have heard! Many of us are not Accrington-based and this forun is our only link to the ongoing shambles:(

Rob Heys reckons that the Vice Chairman has "clearly explained" his reasons for stepping down. Really? It certainly is not clear to me.

it might have been clearly explained to Rob but none of the reasons are explained in the press release

Quite so.

The inference is very clear, but I would like more than an inference. Especially in these dreadful circumstances.

Chief executive Robert Heys said "Peter is a fantastic guy and has been a great servant to Accrington Stanley over the last few years, he has clearly explained his reasons for stepping down and I empathise with him.

That is correct RR !...and it might be true to say that if his 'Empathy' had any substance or depth then our CEO might well have followed suit and resigned also ?.

'Cry my beloved 'STANLEY'...What are they doing to you ?

Interesting to hear that O'Neil wasn't at the meeting, but yet the decision was made in his absence.
