On one hand good news if the long running saga is finally over, but after everything that has happened is it a good thing to have a majority shareholder or are there contingencies in place?

the contingency in place is that shareholders have given approval for 200k of new shares! it's earlier in the thread Google Page Ranking

basically that would reduce The Don from 51% to 17%, unless he ups his investment
