Afternoon all from Underhill
Will be doing my best to keep you updated on the game.

Early team news is thus (unconfirmed but pretty concrete)

1 change - Joyce in for Ryan who drops to the bench. McCarten also named amongst the subs. Full line up shortly

The biggest threat to Stanley comes from the Barnet wing backs who are very pacy and work the line well from back to front.

It must have been a tough call but will be interesting to see how it pan's out as the afternoon progresses with Joyce more defence orientated than Ryan, as Valarian mentioned it does give a different option to the bench than we are used to maybe if we are chasing the game or looking at defending deeper in the latter stages then Jimmy can come on and look to harry forward with the runs.

I just find it incredible that a man who has had 2 decent games for us ALL season can be in before Jimmy who is clearly 1 of our best players along with Bobby and Symesy.

Just baffles me :S

Our next 2 games are against top 7 Teams, so we must use our squad, to be honest we need Jimmy in the next 2 games, so why not rest him today??? :)

I agree in Milesy has probably been anonymous in more games than he has been a threat (Although I thought he had one of his better games on Tuesday against Macc) but Ryan on the right just dos'nt do it as he is by trade a natural central midfielder.

True cant belive jimmy has been dropped to the bench, one of out best players works hard all game, he has that craney like about him that you just know if the ball lands at his feet when hes 20yards out that it going to be in back of the net!

Stanley started well and missed a couple of big chances. Then came the big turning point - no debate for me about the penalty. Will have to see what Coley made of it after the game. With a man less and a goal down it looks like a big task. But stranger things have happened and the Reds were causing Barnet problems before Dunbavin was dismissed...

On the goal - Kempson and Edwards went for the same ball. Big old debate in the press box -we've given it to Kempson as has the stadium announcer but press association guy has gone for Edwards.

Let me run you through what went on:

Stanley attacked and put a hopeful ball forward for Kee. Kamdjo look favourite, but headed the ball straight up then shoved Kee in the back.

Ref pointed to the spot and showed Kamdjo a straight red...

Edwards hit the pen low and left - Cole turned it behind for a corner
