Banding names about is all well and good,but whats on offer to any new manager ie a war chest for new players!!! Highly unlikely imho:( having to work with the status quo,might not be the best way to attract the right candidate. your thoughts:)

I just hope that we dont end up having lots of different managers in a relatively short space of time which has happened at other clubs in the past.
